THE CHAKRAS OF THE BODY

Is it hard to imagine how CHAKRAS OF THE BODY are actually circular vortexes of energy considered spinning disks of energy. Our Energy Centres called Chakras (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel”. The wheels refer to energy points in your body and are formed in a shape of funnel, all vibrating. The Chakras of the body have, nonetheless, their own characters within each circle. Most important, when aligned in harmony, they create a positive turbulence of energy throughout the body.

Interestingly, the seven chakras are separate, yet connected to various organs and glands, including, bundles of nerves. Also, they join our major organs, and also to the areas of our energetic body. In other words, each of the seven chakras  correspond to specific organs as well as physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual states of being.

There are many more chakras, however, but we are exposed to these 7 main Chakras  in our daily lives.

Prana, the breath of Life and the Chakras of the body

These chakras are responsible for our life energy, also called “Prana” (breath of life / the ultimate pure healing energy). Therefore, they directly affect our emotional and physical well-being. A healthy spiritual body is “open” and aligned.  Blocked or disrupted Chakras leads to mental and health issues, including physical health, also our  emotional health and mental state of mind.

Opening and aligning all of the Chakras, ultimately balances our the energy levels.
